We carefully package every artwork to make sure it arrives safely—but if your order does arrive damaged, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible so we can help right away.
When you reach out, include as much detail as you can: describe how the package arrived, the condition of the box, and the damage to the artwork. Photos are especially helpful and will speed up the process.
Please hold on to the original packaging. If a return is needed, the artwork must be shipped back in its original packaging unless we advise otherwise.
You're entitled to return any damaged artwork under our Returns Policy—just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.
Every piece is hand-painted by our skilled artists, which takes about 5–7 days. During this time, you’ll receive progress updates—including photos and videos—so you can request any changes to colors or details before it ships. We want you to love it, and won’t send it out until you’re fully happy with the result!
Shipping
Once your artwork is finished and approved, we’ll ship it using trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. For extra care, some orders may ship via specialized art couriers.
👉 Tip: Be sure to enter your phone number at checkout—this helps with smooth delivery, especially if the carrier or customs needs to reach you.
Please Note: We’ll start painting your artwork right after you place your order. Once it’s ready, we’ll email you preview photos for your review. Keep an eye on your inbox so we can ship it as soon as you confirm!
We ship with trusted carriers to ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and shipping needs, we typically use:
DHL
UPS
FedEx
For certain destinations or special handling, we may also work with dedicated art shippers who specialize in transporting artwork with extra care.
We’ll always choose the best shipping option based on your location and the nature of your order to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.
We take great care in packaging every piece to make sure it arrives safe and sound. Here’s how we ship different types of artwork:
For small stretched or framed artworks
Smaller pieces are packed flat in sturdy, well-protected cardboard boxes. We use strong support materials and padding to make sure your artwork stays secure during transit.
For large stretched or framed artworks
Larger pieces are shipped in custom-built wooden crates for extra protection—especially during international shipping. We use advanced packaging techniques and high-quality materials to keep your artwork firmly in place throughout the journey.
For rolled (canvas-only) artworks
Canvas-only pieces are gently rolled and shipped in durable protective tubes. This method offers excellent protection and helps reduce shipping costs. Once received, you can have the canvas stretched or framed locally.
For framed oil paintings, our professional framers stretch each canvas onto solid wooden stretcher bars and mount it into your selected frame. Heavy-duty hanging hardware is also installed, so your artwork arrives ready to hang right out of the box.
At Soulful Painting, we use top-tier packaging materials and the latest packing techniques to ensure your artwork reaches you in perfect condition—no matter where you are in the world.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. To check the status, please review the tracking numbers in your account and open all packages you’ve received—some boxes may contain more than one item. If part of your order is still in transit or hasn’t shipped yet, we recommend reviewing your full order details. If you believe something is missing, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help!
Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are regulated by local laws. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will provide any necessary information to customs if required.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it—either by email or through our contact form.
As long as your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make it happen. Once it’s been processed, though, we’re no longer able to make changes or cancellations.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track it. You can use this to check the latest updates on your delivery.
If you run into any issues or have questions, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!

A hand-painted artwork is created brushstroke by brushstroke by the artist, so it has real texture, depth, and character. Even if the same subject is painted more than once, each piece is one of a kind.
Prints, on the other hand, are mechanical reproductions of original paintings. They don’t have the texture or variation you get with a hand-painted piece—and every print looks exactly the same.
At Soulful Painting, we’re proud to offer only 100% hand-painted artworks.
Yes! We offer both stretched and rolled (unstretched) canvas options.
Rolled canvases are a great choice for international orders—they’re easier to ship, help reduce shipping costs, and arrive safely in a protective tube. They’re also ideal if you’d like to have the artwork stretched or framed locally to suit your space.
You can choose between “Rolled Canvas” and “Stretched” directly on the product page before adding your item to the cart.
To keep your canvas looking its best, gently dust it with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster. For tougher spots, you can lightly dampen the cloth with water (no soap!) and gently dab the area.
Avoid rubbing, and never use harsh cleaners or abrasive materials, as they can damage the surface.
Sorry, we don’t offer digital copies of any of our artworks. Each piece at Soulful Painting is created to be enjoyed as a physical, hand-painted work of art.
We do our best to photograph and display our hand-painted artworks as accurately as possible, but slight differences in color can happen. A few things can affect how colors appear:
Every screen displays colors a bit differently based on its brightness, contrast, and calibration.
The lighting in your home (natural vs. artificial, warm vs. cool) can change how the artwork looks in person.
Each piece is painted by hand, so there may be subtle variations in brushwork and color blending.
These differences are part of what makes every Soulful Painting painting truly unique!
